The App allows you to generate AI-modified headshots by uploading your photos. By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use the uploaded images.
  • The uploaded images do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
  • You will not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

When you use the App, we collect the following information:

  • Uploaded Photos: Images you provide via your device’s gallery.
  • Generated Images: AI-modified versions of your uploaded photos.
  • Image Metadata: Any metadata associated with your uploaded images.
  • Device Information: Includes device type, iOS version, and app usage statistics.
  • Photo Library Access Status: To ensure smooth functionality.

3. Face Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously and implement strict measures to protect your face data.

No Retention of Face Data

  • We do not store or retain your face data.
  • Uploaded images are processed through a third-party AI service and not saved beyond processing.

Storage of Processed Images

  • AI-generated headshots are stored locally on your device.
  • We do not have access to or control over these stored images.

Sharing Face Data with Third Parties

  • Your uploaded images are transmitted securely to a trusted third-party AI provider for headshot processing.
  • Data transmission is encrypted to ensure security.

Third-Party Data Retention

  • The AI provider only retains images temporarily for processing.
  • Once processing is completed, all uploaded images are permanently deleted.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases and subscription-based services for premium features. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • All transactions are handled via the App Store or Google Play Store, and their payment terms and policies apply.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your device’s account settings.
  • We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions unless legally required.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for:

  • Generating AI-enhanced headshots.
  • Improving AI algorithms and user experience.
  • Providing customer support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Sending important updates and notifications about the App.

  • Request deletion of your personal data.
